That’s the same one people sniffed out last week. You can also find it on planespotters.net. Is there another coming? I thought a 321 or two was rumored.
2 more 320’s are destination unknown and 5 321’s are stored. *Edit: just read the comments below the pic rumoring the second plane. |

WOW's 321's have different engines. I could see us getting them but I don't think they'd add just one. If we got them it would probably be more than a handful of them to make rewriting all the books, training MX and pilots, and purchasing and storing all the spare parts worth while.

Most airlines lease their engines, so it doesn’t necessarily mean they are stuck with whatever is hanging off the pylons. It’s probably a whole lot easier to get them on this side of the pond, swap engines, and ship the other ones back to whomever holds the note.

N698NK the ex-WOW 320 has always been an IAE V2500 airplane. No engine swapping needed.
It was returned before WOW stopped flying last month but when it was returned in nov 2018 WOW was probably already in the process of shedding airframes. |

I don’t think it works like that. You can’t just throw on a different engine and call it good. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

It's a software change and hang the new engine. If you want to do it you can it just takes $$$$. At another Major I worked for we actually flew what's called a mix at times. One engine can produce 15,000 lbs and the other 12,000 lbs do the EPR correct and you're good to go. TC knows we can find airframes so why make a major order. |
