Congrats, I got hired with about those same qualifications. Just be friendly to everyone, have fun playing the games, and make sure to mention it’s your dream airline. It’s very laid back, seemed like their making sure you fit the mold and can pass training.

What is the personality mold that management prefers? Do they look for types that may measure job satisfaction on something other than total compensation? Seems quality of life is a selling point.

Who knows, really. Just be yourself and don't try to hard to be someone that you're not. They are pros at weeding out the posers and brown noser types.

However they manage it, I have yet to want to put anyone that I've flown with on my avoid list. They're looking to weed out that kind of person. If you can picture that criteria, that's the guy you don't want to be. If you're not that guy, just be yourself and you'll be golden.
