Free to apply but probably a snowballs chance to be hired with over 500 hours short of the bare mins, and over 1500 hours short of the preferred mins

Still, free to apply

Yep. Figured my odds are going to be low. But I’ll give it a go and hope for the best. Much appreciated.

I am curious how long a new hire can expect to wait til holding MCO?

In the latest class that started this week new hires were told anything but Vegas will be obtainable within 2 months.

Not so sure about that. In my crash pad are Nov 18 hires still waiting for MCO. Looks more like a year. Maybe with the increased hiring there will some movement and it’s gonna change. They have to put all the new hires somewhere...

no way to accurately predict this. aug bid shows most junior fo in las is a 10/01/18 hire. las is not growing so i would expect 9months to a year

It has been as far as flight schedules this year. We started BUR and SMF at 3 flights a day along with 4 daily to SEA and 3 for PDX (Which is an increase). There's also an increase in OAK and SAN out of LAS. I would expect some vacancy for LAS later on this year.

The latest vacancy bid had only FOs with over 2 years on property bidding in. Expect MCO to be a smaller and senior base until the new terminal opens and we get more gates. VP of flight ops said no new gates until mid year 2020.
