Default Trip credit changes?

Has anyone noticed that some trips for June have been adjusted to add more credit? I had a trip worth 22 hours that is now worth 25 and have noticed many trips in open time that have also increased in credit for no apparent reason. Any idea why?

This whole thing is bull. I got the email from the Union that there were issues with the extended overnight pay. I swapped from one 20 trip before the email came out in open time to another trip that credited 20 hours. Now I find out I'm going to lose 4.5 hrs pay because the company posted incorrect credit values. I would have never swapped into the trip to lose 4.5 hrs pay. A 23:48 hour overnight. Maybe I'm the bad guy here but does everyone before they swap a trip in flica go through every day and add it Up. They posted the pairing it I feel like they should eat it.

I almost fell for it also but emailed the union before making the swap because it looked to good to be true. Maybe someday I can fly two legs for 15hrs of pay

I agree, they should absolutely eat the cost. What was confusing to me is that trips that seemed to have the correct credit originally now have more credit.

What that will do? The union has acknowledged the companies failure and rolled over with the email, correct? I doubt they'll even accept it.

Good luck, LB!

I think we should fight it. The company cannot lower your line value because they made a mistake. That's on them.

Exactly.

First, the MEC rolled over on this. They should have had every pilot submit an NCC that has a trip with inaccurate credit and continue to do so until the company fixes the issue. Get all these NCCs and submit a class grievance which would go to arbitration. Instead they rolled over for a belly rub from Bendo. How motivated is the company to fix this glitch now that they have pilots picking up trips they think pays 25 hours as advertised, but once you divide and add the math, it pays less. Open time gets gobbled up and the company laughs!

So pilots are now supposed to look at every trip, figure out overnight lengths, rig, 3.5 rig, duty rig, etc and then find the correct correct before picking up a trip? F THAT

MEC needs to grow a sack on this one and fight for its pilots who submit a NCC for a clear case of negligence by the company. How long did the company have to program Flica with new rigs?? 15 months?
