[QUOTE=Av viii;2865092]No, bro, I’m not on this list but captains have their own list of f#sticks Fo who are better suited to be a bartender than a airline pilot.[/QUOTE
Come on bro; your English grammar skills are lining up pretty close to several asshat FLL captains. You’re on the list.

There are multiple lists. I've seen screenshots of at least 3. I suspect these are mostly personal lists that someone has shared with a friend, who shared with another pilot, who shared to a chat somewhere...and now they've gone "viral". Having seen a few different lists, I can tell you one thing; almost all the names are the same. This isn't a coincidence.
Wanna see the "list"? Just go into FLICA and look at the FO open time. You'll see lots of sweet trips with the same names always attached to them. Almost every time I see a decent trip in DOT, I know why it's there. A quick click and check of the CA and I'd say 90% of the time my suspicions are confirmed.
I know the names, and I always give these pilots a chance; not once have I added someone to my no fly without actually flying with them. That being said, I've never been given bad info either...it's been my experience most of the warnings from others were valid.
Here's a novel idea...if your name is appearing on lists, you're always flying with RSV FO's, and pro-standards has talked to you 10 times...maybe stop being a **** to fly with. List or no list, FO's know who you are. Problem is I suspect most of these people don't care. As a matter of fact, I've literally had a few of these pilots tell me that FO's don't like them while we were on a trip.
All that being said, it's important to state that those pilots are in an extreme minority here. With the exception of a few bad apples, this is the best group of pilots I've ever had the pleasure of flying with. Hopefully Pro Standards starts taking more aggressive action on the names that keep coming across their desk over and over... until then, people talk.

It’s not a captains job to be liked. In fact, before this “feelings” revolution it was actually expected (and taught) Captains would “be friendly, but not familiar”.
I’ve been in flight decks now where the other guy expects me to act like his fraternity brother. That we are there to “have fun”. Well, I don’t agree with that. Just imagine some of these CVR’s playing on a 24 hr news loop. What would your families say?
Some of you younger guys will be captains soon enough. Then you’ll have to balance being friendly and hurting someones feelings because what they did was not SOP or professional. We can enjoy ourselves and keep the job safe. But I’m not there to be your friend.

I don't think any FO worth their salt takes offense to being counseled and mentored. That's what a good captain is supposed to do. However, some captains simply do a terrible job of it. And some captains don't bother following SOP themselves, instead relying on their own slapstick version that they've made up over years of disregarding the books. Those are the truly dangerous types.
Saying that is more based on experiences at my last airline than at this one. In my year on property I have yet to fly with someone that I wanted to put on a No Fly list. The group overall is outstanding. There's always that small percentage.

Since when does a captain get to dictate how much cologne someone wears? Or the captain that shows up 10 prior to push because he takes a separate van time and expects you to have everything done? Or the captain that wants to watch you show your ID to the gate agent to verify that your ID was checked before getting on the aircraft? And said captain takes both straps in cockpit for
Their bag and makes you put yours in the overhead bin in the back? That’s a GOD complex and hence why they are on a ‘list’ the very reason a list exists is Because of this behavior

I remember thinking "the one thing I have as an FO is the more accessible bag storage, and she just took that away from me too"

Im still wait for one in the DOT
