Success second time around????
Hello All;
Have been excited and eager to join the Spirit ranks and have a question-
Late 40's, previous interviewee with a TBNT from the first interview attempt 3 years ago.
Does NK indeed re-interview second time applicants or are they more interested in new un-interviewed talent?
I ask because my app has been under review for quite some time and folks with apps submitted after mine are already getting called for interviews.... Bums me out due to my focus on NK, but life is life and I can move on if need be, but not what I want to do...
Thanks for any inputs....

Did you attend a second MTC or just score an interview and your first no at the MTC?

I wanted to work at Spirit and started applying as soon as I completed IOE at my regional. Went to an in-house job fair, was told no. Kept building hours, went to a big job fair about a year later. Within a few months did the phone interview and in-person. Got the offer a week later. Currently in training (and it's way easier than people think). Be persistent, update you app frequently, submit a new one every time the requisition number changes, go to job fairs, work internal contacts.

So I applied and went to a MTC event last year. Thought I did well but I got the TBNT. Fast forward a year, I reapplied, did not attend another MTC. Got the invite for interview and came prepared. Offered the job and took it.
