So do you believe that will not be airline furloughs?

So how long will the industry be down? 1 month? 2 months? 1 year? How do you furlough based on an unprecedented black swan event that is very temporary and based on predominantly irrational behavior? What does your contract say about furlough pay? What about training/retraining costs?

The furlough talk is a little premature at this point.

hey I hear Spirit pilots will be receiving the same amount of profit sharing as Delta pilots for 2020! I knew someday we would get the same amount as them.

I can't wait for this to be over and revisit all the prognostications on here.

I wonder if Spirit will get a bail out package as well or if we will have to compete against the 3 publicy funded airlines?

The government didn't shut down 1/3 of your flying.

Probably not, if it comes down to it the airlines that will get bail outs will be aa/ual/swa/dal not us.
