If it feels sporty, it MUST be a sports car!! And a fast one too!

Well, I’ll be darned! A shred of good news, at least.

“Despite the fact that furloughs are due to a circumstance over which the company has no control, Spirit has, at its sole discretion, elected to pay pilots furlough pay....”

No, it was noted on the WARN notice paperwork.

That was only on the paperwork for ACY pilots (NJ law). But, a small bit of good news!

I’m sure this falls in the out of companies control/act of god. No furlough pay. As far as borrowing from your 401K, that info is on the Schwab website. In a nurse, you can pull up too $100k (I think) but you have to pay it back by the end of this year to avoid penalties and interest

If you blame it on covid which it is, it waives the 10% fee and you just have to pay taxes on it within 3 years or you can pay it back in three years to avoid it.

I stand corrected! Thanks for clarifying it. It’s been a couple of months since I looked at it

Just talked to Schwab today. You can only pull from your 401k the amount that is vested.
