I interviewed on a Thurs, got the email for the logbook review on Friday the next week. So, 1 week and 1 day. Went in for the logbook review and was offered the job in person. Great experience overall, very excited to be starting soon!

First of all congratulations on your new position with Spirit! Any insight for how the interview went? Questions asked etc. Phone interview came first?

any trick or specific method to the internal recs being submitted? I have 5 but have all gone through different. one sent to internal referral email, one sent to sandi, some with letter, some just resume. do they all need to standardize?

thank you.

Is there any platform that I can recruit/gather people to practice interviews with each other? This is my first ever first officer interview. I’ve done one before for the Airman Trainee position at Air Whiskey but there was no technical questions involved. I am pretty new. Appreciate the help!

Read up on aviation interviews. What is your current background? I'm guessing flying for AWAC through the cadet program?

usually by this stage a lot of people go with interview prep like emerald coast https://emeraldcoastinterviewconsulting.com or www.aerocrewsolutions.com or similar.

Did the phone screen yesterday, but no email yet to setup the virtual. Sounds like many are getting the invite same day, usually within a few hours. Just curious if it’s taking a little longer for some? I know they said up to 2 weeks. Thanks for the info.

Any insight as to how the initial phone call went? Questions ask, etc. etc.

Standard resume review, questions about failures/accidents/incidents, then the big “Why Spirit”. Nothing out of the box.
