Interview
#161
I think I read in here that some people didn't get the offer to interview until a couple of days later. Double check your spam and trash folder to make sure it didn't actually show up. As long as you haven't heard TBNT, I wouldn't give up hope.

Searched but couldn’t find anything.
I was invited to FLL for a logbook review. Currently using logten pro. Has anyone else had a logbook review and had their logbook printed and bound? FedEx will do it for $50. Or should I transfer everything to my paper jepp book? Don’t want to mess this up!

When I interviewed I had it printed and bound. They appreciated the neatness I think.

I just brought my paper logbooks with a summary total from my electronic logbook for comparison. They just want to see the actual person and the logbook whatever you bring. The chief was impressed and trust me I have chicken scratch, mark throughs, and all that good stuff! You’ve got the job if you get the logbook review. Unless, you lied about all that. I will add a side note that the background checks have been really slow. So, the better you can have all your work history lined up the better. Just a heads up.

Have to agree that the normal printout and three ring binder is fine as well. You have the job at this point, they just want to meet you in person and do a quick review.
As for the background checks, surprisingly they will have you come to training while these are still in the works. I’m assuming they do an initial check to make sure you are not a criminal and wait for all the FAA/PRIA/Work History/DMV.
