Everyone will be able to leave once the floodgates open. I would be willing to bet my below industry average paycheck that the college degree requirement will not be mandatory once the shortage starts

Few with a guy few years ago, he had 2300TT, 300TPIC.

(he was the captain, NK hired about 12 straight from school into the right seat, and forgot about the 4000TT requirement to be captain. He was a great guy, and left for DL)

We are not a regional...no hot reserve.

I don’t really know exactly how much flying on reserve. But when I decided to go back to reserve it was so I could be jumping puddles for the next few months trying to earn my keep running leapfrogs for the weak and weary

Reserve is good to great if you’re senior and can get weekends off. Not so great if you’re junior and have a weekend RAP

Whats the initial phone interview like? Is it an actual interview with HR questions and TMAAT or is it more a cursory overview to then invite to an in person interview where all the tough questions get asked?
