Hi guys,

I will be going in for my logbook review soon. Do I need to be prepared for another mini HR style Why Spirit kinda questions or will they just go through the logbook & if they are happy give you the CJO?

nah man. You’re golden. No more question. Unless you go from 42.6 hours to 312.4 in a weekend.

You just have to understand that if you get this job, there’s a certain amount of balloon knot discussions you have to be ok with…. If you want to be accepted as an equal, that is.
