I wore a suit. I met 2 other guys there all wearing suits. We all got the CJO on the spot. It also felt nice to wear a suit because I haven't worn one in years. Just wear the suit... you will be in and out in 30 mins anyway.

Business casual is much easier to pack. But what happens if the person interviewing you is wearing a tie and you're not? While they may not care, what happens if they do? Are you really willing to risk a multi-million dollar job because you didn't want to wear a tie? Are you really willing to risk everything you've studied for, built your career up to this point to make it to the last portion of the interview phase and taking that next step in your career, all because you didn't want to wear a tie?

I think the answer is obvious, but only you can answer that one.

I cannot believe this question is even being asked. Then asking how to pack it. Man up and figure it out. Don Draper is rolling in his grave that this is even a question.

How long after the virtual interview have people been getting the logbook review invite? Do they send out a TBNT email if you are not selected to continue?

Don Draper also wore his suit on the plane, probably had checked baggage, and didn't have to commute to start a multi-leg multi day-trip before going to his business meeting. Chill out man, just asking for suggestions. Being ex-mil I've actually never traveled with a suit before.

just wear whatever you want and if they say something you don’t like, tell them to “chill out”

Considering how most pilots’ uniforms are maintained and fitted (including our dapper Spirit colleagues) and the culture they hire for, he’d probably get the job.

But in all seriousness OP, best bet is probably buy a cheap garment bag and carry it around for the trip even if you have to check your rollaboard for a commute/DH, do your best to keep it from getting crumpled. Shower steam it if you have to and you’ll be fine. Best part is if you take decent care of your work shoes, you won’t need to pack another pair unless you’re part of the Velcro or black new balance gang.

call out sick for the job your leaving. Show up a day early for the job you are getting. Get a hotel . Prep and iron your suit. It’s as easy as that. As people have stated this is a multi million dollar job depending on your years left. What does it cost to bang out sick of a regional 4 day ? The choice is yours

yeah I’d recommend this. Especially since if you’re going to the log book review the job is 99% yours.
