I have my logbook review in FLL at the end of the month and was wondering what attire is expected? I was planning on just business casual since I’ll be flying in and out that day but didn’t know if more was expected.

Break out the suit. Dust it off. Dry clean if necessary. Press your shirt. Polish your shoes.
get a haircut.
Now is not the time to wonder if it was your appearance that cost you the job offer.

So, I hear what the people above me are saying, but we were all told business casual and that’s what everyone wore. Pretty sure everyone was offered the position.

If you want to play it safe, sure a suit is going to be ok. Everyone, including CP wore slacks and polos/button up, tucked in.

i had a guy headed to logbook review start chatting in the terminal the other day on his way to FLL. He had on slacks and a button up shirt.

we exchanged numbers for training/flows etc purposes, should he get the offer.

he texted that he indeed got the job offer.

YMMV

No one today will ever not get a 121 airline job because they wore a suit to the interview. Don't half ass it, use your whole ass. Wear the suit. Just do it. There's nothing special the interviewers are looking for in the suit either, this isn't Spirit Air Lines.

Haha I got the Delduh reference there. If it says business casual don’t over think it. If it says nothing about dress code, suit up.

Yeah but if they TELL you to dress business casual, polo and khakis. You have to follow directions.
