DFW is a stagnant pond unfortunately. AA has made it their number one priority to limit NK as much as possible. Frankly, I think they should be focused on fixing their subpar product rather than worrying about us but I'm not in charge over there. Expect to see the vast majority of our growth in FLL, MCO, and LAS. Your QOL as an FO or a Captain would be far, far better in FL. LAS has an affinity for Batman hours which I prefer to avoid at all costs.
Our product is getting better (still a long ways to go) but we do it for a fraction of the ticket price of the Guppy Kool-Aid Guys. I can easily see NK at 600+ airframes in the next 10-15 years. We have very few retirements but the growth potential is second to no one.
But, like someone else said, take the first offer you get and go learn the jet. Good luck!

Really hoping this comment doesn’t start a political discussion. I genuinely would love to see more diversity in flight decks
