They can declare MIA a codomicile but the negotiating is how to get crew back to their car. Also if I've learned anything from these townhalls it's to hear what the company has no intention to do and try not to be shocked 30 days later when it comes true. So that means the next announcement is that we're flying to Canada, Dulles, or Kennedy. |

I’d imagine the easiest and most likely would be to just make any trip that starts in Miami end in Miami. If they can’t make that happen then I’d imagine they will have to let you expense your Tri-Rail ticket.

LAX does more departures per day than ACY, DFW, DTW, ORD, EWR, BWI, TPA, ATL and more. LAX is also a MX base not to mention… a lot of the LAS trips support LAX:D

Haha probably. Hopefully the union fights that and makes them pay for your time when getting back to your car. |

Recurrent rumor was LAX was a done deal then covid hit and they put it in the back burner. |

Do we have more than 30 departures per day from any other other locations that are not a base? LAX or TPA maybe?

"Every effort will be made to originate and terminate pairings at the same airport. If the pairing terminates at a different airport from where the pairing originates, the Company shall provide transportation. Time spent traveling between co-domiciles shall be considered surface deadheading and the provisions of Section 8.C shall apply." |

It's in the contract already:

Why is everyone acting like this will need to be negotiated with the union? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
