If this is even remotely true this management hasn’t got a clue what the labor market is like these day when everyone else does. We should be past the point of figuring it out.

Oh well. Sometimes you need to touch a hot stove a few times before you learn. Nothing I can do on the line to “fix this” so not going to get worked up at this point. They either fix it, or they don’t. Another meltdown and Bendo is probably done, but this is literally way above my pay grade

It also doesn't help that the airport is forcing employees back into that awful economy lot that is basically over in Davie on the other side of 95. Imagine putting up with that BS every single working day while making $14/hr.

What surprised me is how low FA pay is. I was looking at their pay scales and couldn't believe first year pay was only around $20. That's regional pay. I sure wouldn't put up with all they have to deal with for that little pay!
