Super easy when its a once in an airline history 200% for trips on a certain day. What kind of person brags about a high credit line when we all know it was a 1 week bandaid to prevent a meltdown?
Hey, I have 119 credit and 16 off for January too. Guess what Feb looks like? 78 credit, with redeyes, DHs included.

The problem Spirit has right now is that the legacies win in virtually every category — even *gasp* QOL (except for AA… but their new contract looks to address that).
Seniority movement, upgrade times, total compensation (work rules, soft pay, and retirement), and so on. But as alluded to by other posters, Spirit is giving people virtually zero security that this company is making investments in its people and/or the operation to see through that they grow and exist 20-30 years from now.
Frankly, I almost hope Spirit gets acquired at this point (and god no, not by Frontier) just so we can secure our future.

From: Left. Cool plane
Could be a temporary slow down to meet FO staffing demands.
If however that continues, we're looking at 7-8 year upgrades.
If Spirit can even survive that long.
Anything longer than 4 years tends to discourage a good percentage of applicants.
