I’m considering SWA at this point for that very reason. Slow upgrades and even longer reserve time as a captain, you’re better off as a lineholder FO at a place like SWA.

The latest weekly union email read like a complete **** show. Seems like pretty much nothing works at the airline and we are the glue holding it together.

Lol, yeah, pilots are the glue. 🤣

Maybe we should spend less time being "glue" and figure out how to put in a crossing restriction or select the correct transitions or land in the touchdown zone fully configured, consistently.

yeah that’s what I read mostly in that email is we screw up a lot flying the airplane. Oh and crew pay can’t get anything right.

We all have our problems, but the P-CEO's get a little tiresome.

Now, I'm off to send another email to the union so they can waste more of their time telling me how to figure out my sick time. 😑
