Depends where you sit on the list. Some Spirit guys lose 3-5% and Frontier gains 3-5%. Seems to even out further down the list.

The problem is guys get too wrapped around DOH. I agree though, relative seniority helps maintain the quality of life aspect that seniority lists provide, this isnt affecting anyones longevity.
But... We all know it won't be this simple. If we merge with relative seniority, I lose practically nothing. We merge with DOH, I lose just over 2% relatively. Not bad, but worse than pure relative. I’m more concerned with the JCBA than the SLI to be honest. We Spirit pilots have a lot more to lose with a bad JCBA than a straight DOH integration…. Keep focused! |
