Word is that the names Spirit and Frontier will die...they want a fresh start.

”Harmony Air Lines” (like how Delta does it) will be the new name.

it will be a Metallic soft pink color.

As long as they can incorporate "wings" into the call sign.....Harmony wings 305, cleared to ......heaven!

Anyone have a copy of F9's seniority list or know where that might be? Curious to see the DOH picture on their side.

Already been widely distributed in chat groups. Just ask the next guy you fly with.

Straight DOH integration results in absolute minimal percentage change in relative seniority.

Depends where you sit on the list. Some Spirit guys lose 3-5% and Frontier gains 3-5%. Seems to even out further down the list.

5% decrease for this guy with DOH.

Wouldn’t a relative seniority integration result in the “absolute minimal percentage change in relative seniority“?

Yes. Status Category has been the popular integration method used in many of the recent “larger” arbitrated mergers. Status and Category is also 1 of the 3 criteria to be considered in the ALPA merger policy.

Because NK and F9 both fly the same category aircraft, I would bet we would see a status category integration, which would look a lot like relative seniority since we all fly the same category aircraft.

The problem is guys get too wrapped around DOH. I agree though, relative seniority helps maintain the quality of life aspect that seniority lists provide, this isnt affecting anyones longevity.

But...

We all know it won't be this simple.

You speak truth.

If we merge with relative seniority, I lose practically nothing. We merge with DOH, I lose just over 2% relatively. Not bad, but worse than pure relative. I’m more concerned with the JCBA than the SLI to be honest. We Spirit pilots have a lot more to lose with a bad JCBA than a straight DOH integration….
Keep focused!
