People like you need to chill out on here. Yeah, displacements suck and I feel for those pilots. That doesn’t mean I can’t wonder about my future as well. If MCO were to suddenly take me a few months instead of out of training, I’d be facing a 4 hour commute for personal reasons.

No, you're right. Putting all of our pilots in single geographic location is the answer. Not like a single event can impact them all. I mean we just didn't have a single 50 mile wide line of Thunderstorms impact everything south of Atlanta or something. That didn't just happen lol

You know what, I changed my mind, I sat my family down and told them to believe in the business model. We put some candles around our shrine to Bendo and Ted. We disrobed and had the wildest BDSM skat filled orgy. Life’s not bad when you’re an Aristocrat.

We are about to gain a ton of commuters who will be senior to you, and FLL is the least desirable for commuting (most expensive hotels/crashpads, have to cover two airports, etc).
The good news is MCO is growing so you'll definitely be able to bid into it sooner rather than later.

I would plan on commuting to FLL initially with MCO being fairly realistic after a few months, maybe sooner but nobody knows how this will play out.

Wild guess is the 350 won’t be 175/175. We are super short on FOs in the bases being displaced, ORD would be down in the 60s for FOs if it’s an even split.
