It’s classless. If he wants to leave, awesome. Do what’s best for you. To use his position as an exiting LEC rep to address the pilots with a “this place sucks, I’m out of here” is useless and lacks class. Want to say “hey, I’ve decided to take another opportunity, I’ve enjoyed my time, see ya”, great. But his one last opportunity for the soapbox before he settles into the obscurity that he will be on his next seniority list, tiresome.

Exactly how I see it. Like the dude or not, he wasn’t wrong with his reasons for leaving this place. And I think the reasons he gave are the exact same reasons why our pilots are leaving in droves.
