I'm sure JG and Alex are smiling ear to ear about the amount of red eye's they'll be able to rip out of their newly acquired LAS "focus city."

Can't wait.

With DTW, ORD and DFW listed (on these boards) as shrinking… what’s growing?

That was going to happen with the spirit growth airplanes now being “shared” amongst two pilot groups, with then being larger

I spoke with someone that said NK has 1000 pilots in FLL. Turns out, it’s nearly the same as JB. Everyone take a breath. It’ll be ok.

And if the ISL was to be straight DOH, I would agree thats an issue. Until you have a SLI, you cant assume bidding percentage by a base.

The only thing thats pretty much universally known is this will be a longevity/Relative mix based on the recent history of integrations like this. With that you will see guys from the more senior side lose longevity and guys from the more junior group lose relative seniority. Because of this, I would not assume a 2009 JBLU pilot would be higher on the MCO bid list than a 2010 Spirit pilot. The JBLu guy will be upset he is now junior to a Spirit guy with less longevity and that NK pilot will say "Well I was bidding 15% in MCO, now im bidding 25%, I got screwed too". And thats how SLIs work out.

I guess more interesting to me is that 1000 was really 750.
