Allegiant is hiring

Meanwhile, Ted is one of the highest paid CEOs in the industry and can't turn a profit.

I do agree, this is very peculiar that our executives are able to manage some of the highest pay checks in the industry. I do agree with most of the “no” voters concerns but holistically I happen to sway toward the camp of believing the risk being higher voting no versus the immediate reward of voting yes. I can’t vote anyway so take that as you will.

Some good truth there- like how they sent the email saying attrition was a big problem in November. Then in December they say the company hired all they needed to and utilization was because of the way they built the schedules???

Be nice to hear the truth once in awhile from our own.

This right here! Union email looks like they are nervous of the no votes. Building our legacy lol what a joke.

Comical really and the cronies eating up these lies. I wonder if any JetBlue guys understand what heading their way?

By now there has to be over 90% of the vote in.

If the MEC is lobbying this hard, then it has to be close and they are hoping to sway the remaining undecideds, maybe those who wanted to attend a road show first? I doubt we need another week to know which way this thing is headed.

Maybe they worry that seeing the live tally may influence pilots to go with crowd, but they could at least update on the percentage of turnout so far….

Yep that’s what it looks like to me as well. It’s annoying to me they have resorted to veiled threats to vote for it. Why not just send out an email that says something like “Don’t forget to vote it’s only open for X number of days.”

Honestly speaking, if this TA doesn’t pass, I and a majority of other new hires will likely contribute to attrition. I dunno but maybe that stimulates you that the company will be in worse shape. Way to build your legacy.

How does the voting result work here? Can they see a live tally or do they get the final numbers after it closes?

If you have that weak of a stomach now, I can only imagine how you would be having to walk off the property… or how about when your own airline sues you?

See for me, if this thing passes I’ll be disappointed, have a drink, knock the old lady around, and then move on to the next fight. I want the best for this place, including probies like you.

Definitely not worried that you or others will run away to somewhere else if you don’t get your way. All victories come at a cost.
