Miata fan ‘peoples’ are individuals with personal experiences at 13 years of age being shoved into their 7th grade Athletics locker and being peed on. Their make your own adventure story forced them to appreciate the Miata. Dad said athletics, mom said drama. Kid should have been in drama.

Talked with a Chief Pilot today glad to hear him say we are going to start terminating people using bots.
sounds like they have a list of past offenders they have on a database and they’re going to start going through them. (I guess when you are overstaffed, it only helps since we have too many pilots.)
same thing with sick calls they’re going to start sending NOI’s and scrutinizing doctors notes.
Also, be careful if you’re at a spirit base they’re going to start doing random uniform inspections.
The hammers coming down and the gravy train is coming to a halt…

haha don’t think Spirit had a limit on sick calls?😂😂😂. I mean we do have pretty good work rules. But yeah they just won’t let you call out sick till the cows come home.
