That case drew a line in the sand in no unclear terms; carriers need to be happy with their current market share and organic growth for the time being. The only airlines I could see getting scooped up are airlines that purposely stay away from everyone else like Breeze and Avelo.

the issue I have is, you’ve literally be saying bankruptcy and furloughs are around the corner since October. I just don’t buy that they would continue pay pilots if they knew they were going to end up furloughing them. if all of our orders have officially been sold, it would have to of been disclosed in an SEC filing. This is not something that would happen without proper notification. Warn letters? Well there doesn’t have to be any notification for that. But whatever your source is, it discounts the validity of the source to say that all of our orders have been sold. Where is the SEC filing showing this?
