Then they should've taken that offer. Frontier made that offer on the house before going inside. Now they've seen the updating that needs to be done inside the offer went down. Indigo isn't in the habit of paying top dollar for things.

It appears that Spirit has rejected the latest offer as "woefully insufficient financially" and will focus on emerging from BK as a stand alone entity.

That’s the thing, Ted believes he’s still in charge and has leverage. Probably why they let the NDA’s lapse and ousted all these details of the proposed deal.

They’ll come back to the table, either Spirit has a better offer, or they know that frontier will come back to the table. You never offer what you’re willing to pay first round. It’s all part of the game.
