Supposedly union and company are meeting to work through details with an announcement possibly coming soon.
I don’t have faith in management like this that seems to be micro focused on costs forgetting that revenue is just as important. Sure there are cuts to be made but we need revenue.
and I have no faith the union will attempt any kind of real negotiation

Did you put that second paragraph in the survey the company not Alpa put out?
The new CEO was a CFO. They have no idea of how to generate revenue. Zero! They only know costs.

and THAT is the reason why we will fail. As Dave Ramsey says your INCOME is the most powerful tool to building wealth or getting out of debt. And he didn’t even come up with it.

You put in for CEO yet? Make sure to mention Dave Ramsey quotes in your interview with the BOD

One hand says “ the industry/model is dead and not viable”
The other hand says Spirit as a company is incapable of becoming profitable.
Which is it? If the model is dead, obviously no one could succeed. Odd that F9 and Allegiant aren’t dead. Clearly NK serves a completely different market but the same customer. One thing sets NK aside from other competitors though. The 1-2 punch with the JBU debacle and the GTF problem. Of which neither challenge could be easily managed by even the most talented management group.

[QUOTE=SoFloFlyer;3931029]All you managed to say is that you don’t want to be “saved” from people who got out when we saw the writing on the wall. You don’t even want to set yourself up with options by applying. Talk about prideful.
You are in no position to save anyone buddy. That’s been the point and will always be the point. Talk about being prideful, lol. Keep all your luck to yourself. I’m gonna go ahead and speak for the Spirit forum, beat
it. We don’t need your repetitive advice day in day out.
