This is bad cosmology.

Kirby, being told he was wrong about NK on APC by a wildly underpaid random pilot he doesn’t and will never care about.

To be fair, this is also how Kirby feels about UA pilots

Kirby is pretty good at what he does, but he’s a tool, not sure why you’re simping for him. Luckily it seems AA is in his scopes now.

At this point in my career I'd perfectly happy with a competent tool running my airline. There are many worse alternatives.

He might be a tool but he's our tool.

We don’t even compete with United for the most part except ORD—they make most their profits on international markets. It’s 150% Delta's management who is—and has been—bending over AA management for the last 10 years. Kirby’s response to American building back ORD is by adding more RJ flying to places like Kalamazoo. The RASM is exceeding CASM only for United argument in ORD is a BS claim by Kirby who wants to build his own version of DFW/ATL with ORD and AA won’t let him. Why not make a ridiculous claim and hope investors force AA to back down—it doesn’t cost SK anything.
