I am sure their pilot pay does not have as much of an impact as you guys think. They are a much more senior pilot group. Most jr CA as of now is 8 years and roughly 200 fresh FOs (sept 2013 and on). Not the same can be said for NK... How many 10 year FOs does NK have or 15+ years CAs?

During the transition of NK into ULCC indigo saw many faults with the transition process (even though NK was/is extremely profitable). Despite rough early start to the year F9 seems to have much better operation with better leadership. F9 still has long ways to go to perfect there operation though.

But you guys feel free to blame the current lower pay at F9

Every plane is probably 5k+ per hour to operate. If they give us a industry average raise that bring ms it up to what? 5150?

Why are we discussing hotels? Dont you remember? Matias and Slotten are only doing focused negotiations. Hotels arent on the table.

I agree, not sure where we took the weird turn to hotels. We need to be discussing contract negotiations and what is going on. I don't normally pick up open time, but there is a lot of it right now. Looks like people aren't picking it up.

Well, people were talking about the value of long stay as some kind of bargaining leverage. They just forgot that the NC has decided to ignore that bargaining power.

Does anyone know when the company and union will meet again and when we might expect more news of contract progress? Just curious if August will yield anymore information on what is being done on our behalf since its been some time with no MEC updates.

My man, you should seriously get some help. Your weird obsession with these guys is totally unhealthy and seems to project a severe mental imbalance. If diagnosed, I bet you would not get a first class med.
Relax, get a life, spend time with your family, enjoy life and what you have. Stop being a tool.

I must have missed that one.
I see there was a July 2nd one. Oops
I hadn't seen one since the "emergency" thing
But still. When will they meet with the company again? Is that a monthly thing or just random?
