The fact that we're squabbling over crap that happened in the past, a past where this was a completely different company, completely different circumstances and different management. The fact that we are in contract negotiations and there's nothing but whining like a bunch of little b*tches about who's doing the negotiating and who wasn't nice to who back in the day. The fact that we know management reads these forums and yet we continue to fight amongst ourselves that Im sure isn't helping the NC.

Didn't you get here post strike and post furlough. So your opinions on this NC, anything that happened with the last management group or the last several MECs is pure speculation on your part? Are you claiming because you've been here 3 years you know everything?

Let's be clear about something. There is no such thing as "old politics". Politics is politics. And it's true, one past 109 rep and the current 18 reps are trying to undermine their political emenies with Article 8 proceedings. Instead of being irritated about anonymous internet postings, you guys should be outraged by the actions of your/our elected representatives.
