What is it with this Gd Dmn Planning Dep that can NEVER meet a deadline.

Opening Date: Mar 25, 2013 at 1800
Deadline (closing) Date: Apr 3, 2013 at 1200
Award Date: Apr 3, 2013 by 1800
Effective Date: June 1, 2013


Whats is wrong with this guys?, why is always, EVERY month like brain surgery to get the Gd Dmn results by the Gd Dmn Award Date and Time.

Agree. I believe in this instance it dealt with the reduction and section 24.F.5.d which requires the reduction bid to remain open for 10 days.

Well of course things appear to be getting better over on the other board...they have eliminated everyone with an opposing view, and there are pilots there with multiple screen names. That board is nothing but a joke, and most of the pilots here know it.
