Are you capable of having an adult conversation? Or does your mom still have to cut your food up for you? Between you and a couple of others, you few have successfully made a mostly great group of 1700 people look like immature fools. Hello Spirit ladies and gents,
Does anyone know if Spirit gives a hr/sortie conversion factor for military flight time? For example Delta gives a .3/sortie conversion factor for military sorties because we did not log taxi time in our flight time like the 121 world does. If so, does anyone know if Spirit uses .2 or .3/hr?

Can I get a copy of one of the more recent awards for ACY or LAS or anywhere I guess, for first officers? I suppose those are the two most junior bases. I'm just trying to get a feel for what my life would be like. I currently work for an LCC in Asia and its hell. I hear a lot of negative stuff on these forums but I don't think you guys and gals have any idea of how bad it gets.
