If you can't or don't know how to login into your union email, call your rep, call alpa, do something.. Start getting with the program and involved in this process..

Last survey had 61% participation.. Pathetic I feel! 39% of our pilot group didn't care to voice their contract needs!!!

Does anyone understand our seniority list? The one that just came out from the union has my seniority number at one number, the one from FLICA on the March base bid has a different number, the one from the February bid sheet has a different number and I'm assuming the company seniority sheet is a different number as well.

Why the different numbers?

I think the flica number includes only pilots bidding that month. Not sure about the others. I believe your actual seniority number is the one the union puts out.

Did people get an email about the survey? I usually get all the ALPA emails but haven't seen one yet. I filled it out but I only knew to do so because of this forum

FYI for everyone, United now has 3yr FOs on the 787 in SFO making $176/hr 16% of their entire earnings into their retirement account, a LTD that protects them to age 65, and they fly 5 times a YEAR!

Wow. This is just really depressing (for Spirit pilots)

American is no longer top for pay. United is top and has far superior work rules to American. They now also have a"snap up" (we need this) if delta ratifies something better than them in the next two or three years.

**** sake your post is ripe with apathy. It's got me steaming!
I don't know UA's work rules. Are they comparable to ours? I know DA's aren't far apart besides PBS. So the union is now saying if we want top pay we need to give up what rules we do have? Why? It's obvious that's no longer the case right?

I made it clear in my survey answers that I was unwilling to give up ANY work rules, and expect to be paid appropriately.
