The verbiage in our contract is lifted from McCaskill-Bond. Nearly word for word.

Not a head in the sand kind of guy, AA has deep pockets but let's not kid ourselves. They can't afford to buy NK and let 70+ jets sit on the ramp due to no crews to fly them. Their short staffed as it is. Makes no sense to try to take the jets and not the crews. Imo

It's not like NK owns the planes - or anything else for that matter.

Well, why would you want to own stuff (maybe other than A/C which they are now buying) everything else is a liability...........

I dont think you would, that wasnt my point. Somebody would lease those jets.
