I'm sure they do.

There's a line out the door 45 minutes long every day.

And like the old Hot Doug's in Chicago, worth every minute!

Had a feeling you loved you some salami. I kid, I kid. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

Last time I was there they had both a chocolate salami and an orange-peel laced salami, both were out of this world.

If you get a chance to visit the store itself, try the porcetta sandwich. You will not be disappointed.

When did we start charging $2 for using the kiosk to print tickets? It was so mentioned in the Seattle article.

So disgusting. What an embarrassment. It will never end till a legacy crushes us.

According to our website we don't charge at the kiosk. $10 for an agent to print it. It could be an error in the article or they're going to start charging in the future.

Our system isn't smart enough to differentiate between an employee nonrev and a normal OTS fare.

With that said, I've never ever been charged to print a boarding pass at one of the kiosks. Just like I've not (somehow) been charged to use the lav. But the media tells me I'm going to start paying for a pressurized cabin here shortly, so that sucks.
