Yeah no problem,... I'll be sure to take snapshots every time I fully configure on a 20 mile final or throw the gear out every time I descend out of 10 thousand feet . I mean after all it's just technique😀

All you prove by operating in that manner is that you aren't mature and responsible enough to be trusted with an aircraft.

The NOIs have already started.
Why would anybody want to be on the wrong end of that mess?
ALPA won't be able to help you, unless you can clearly show that your "technique" was in the best interest of safety.
It's best to just fly it by the book and remember: "Safety First".
Start costing them money unnecessarily, and it is going to draw unwanted attention.

I wish we had United rates as well. Just got off the phone with my friend who works in Miramar (I guess he reads this forum). They are pretty confident that it would pass due to the number of NK pilots who:
1. Do not meet the education requirements to be hired by the legacy carriers.
2. Have DUIs or other misdemeanor charges that would not allow them to move to a legacy carrier.
3. Carry a large debt burden (student loans, etc.) and would vote for any immediate increase in pay.
4. Are within 10-15 years of retirement and will not leave Spirit, however they would be willing to vote for an immediate increase in pay vs. losing more time at the current pay scale.
5. Will not upgrade without a new aircraft order.
Hopefully we will get some more information after the August meeting.

If you want us to fly it by the book, maybe you should spend some money and invest in your infrastructure. Do you know how many times I get your a/c with incomplete logs because Mx didn't close out a write up, put an expiration date or sign something? Or the number of times I have been the first flight out in the morning and found something wrong with the aircraft that could have been fixed the night before? All causing delays throughout the rest of the day. I won't even get into the underpaid and overworked contract gate agents that don't show up on time or give a crap.
I'll continue to take my time, take pictures, document the time I get the release as well as everything else that is F'd up at this place. If you all want to call me down for an noi, so be it. I can cost you a lot more than you can cost me.
