Personally, I would like a 4 day of ALL deadheads, 15 hour layovers, starts in the AM, finishes early PM and 25 hours of pay.

Maybe not mass but it is about 15% of what we have hired this year that they now have to replace when they are mostly hiring for growth. I'd say it's significant enough for them to take note.

No, and those numbers do not take into the 3 that turned in their notice the past two weeks. One 9 year CA.

And them numbers are probably up until June or so of this year and for only half the year. Talked to an FO the other day in the terminal, said he's already been hired at United, just waiting for a class date. The exodus is coming, but what's more important is guys want to leave, that's not good.

Negative, Ghostrider. Do you see the bi-weekly newhire class sizes on the awards emails? One was a class of FOUR. Hardly sounds like the company is scrambling for pilots.
