As of jan2017 we haven't seen the new economic ask from the union, you must have seen the old pay scale

Those rates were based on keeping current work rules. Just a FYI.

AA Rates may be higher but I have friends there that are miserable due to lack of work rules etc

This might be a good time to zip it and not negotiate in public.

I'm miserable due to the lack of pay and lack of work rules. Every pilot at every airline complains about the lack of work rules. Spirit is no better than any place else. Stop selling this place as "the end all be all" for work rules. That simply isn't true.

Yeah,.. great idea. I'm sure the company has absolutely no idea what we want regarding pay and work rules.

What ever work rules we have, the company just ignores anyway and when I file an NCC..............it comes back denied. So much for our work rules.

That isn't true. They wanted to gut transition as I recall and make you lose pay if your had a conflict. Laughable.

I'm not selling anything. Our pay is **** but our Reserve work rules are decent. Call me a p.ussy, or a company guy or whatever you want but that's my opinion.

I meant the Unions "ask", not the Company
