Best wishes to those applying! What is occurring with the National Mediation Board no one knows....it's been at least 6 months since the company said take it or leave it, final offer?

You never know... A couple years ago mins where 5k, jet/prop pic and glass time. Now an ATP might get the job With the way hiring is going! It's dismal at Sun Country.

What has attrition been like since the owner threaten to shut down?
Is it the bottom of the list that is leaving?
Are they going to mid majors or majors (Alaska, SWA, United...)?
I was looking at your flight schedule into the spring on the company website. Is it pretty normal to fly Florida to west coast and points on the east coast to the west or is that new point to point flying they are gonna try?
How many more airplanes are they getting?

The attrition is on the FO side. People are leaving to Delta, United, Southwest, and Alaska.
I honestly don't know what is normal anymore with the schedule... I just bid the month before and end up with what I can get.
We just started doing 4 day lines that day 2 and 3 you go coast to coast, day 1 and 2 are one legs to the coast. We did this kind of flying years ago in the 727. It didnt work out so well but hey the management is inept and they will try it again.
To be truthful the management here isnt real airline management. They have no forsight and plan to grow the company.
