I think it will be a while before that gets explained, a lot of folks shocked

with that move.

Any updates on hiring? Any recommendations on how to snag an interview with no internal recs? I will walk my resume in to the chief pilot if someone is willing to provide the information on who it is and how to get there. Thanks for the reply!

New hire class started last week and they are calling people for June and July classes. To be honest I don't know anyone who has not had an internal recommendation ..

How is the attrition over there? Has it been picking up or staying pretty constant? I have a friend over there that just took a United job he was there for 5 months and I know of another that left with in a short time after training. Is this starting to become the norm or were these just a few random cases.

I know about the people you are talking about and I know one knew he was going to united he was just waiting for the call. Not much attrition really maybe 6 in the next year. Just some random cases in my opinion not many people are leaving for other airlines.

If I throw my resume in now, would I get a look? I have an internal recommendation and u also worked at the company for 2 years. I'm about 50 hours short on the multi-engine PIC requirement.
