Default CRJ 700/900 pack cylcling

Does any one know what's causing the pack cycling on the 700/900? My guess is a slight over temp or over pressure that cause's the prsov's to momentarily close and then re-open. I may be way off, but any comments?

Since it often does it with when the airplane is steady-state (ie no power changes that would cause bleed fluctuations) I think it's just a sensor, wiring, or computer glitch.
