TSA has a flow with F9 in order to prohibit off the street interviews. It's a handshake deal. The same deal applies with F9 at the other TSH airlines.

If any of you Waterskiers have an app into UAL you will be put in a shorter stack for an interview. It is codified in our CBA and make sure your reps know about it as well so they can coordinate with the UALMEC.

Maybe I'm reading this wrong - but the PRIMARY cause is the inability to sustain a healthy Captain cadre? Did the company try any incentive measures (bonuses, negotiating new pay/QOL improvements?). Seems like the pilot group is getting screwed because management failed to respond appropriate to market forces or the 1,000 pilot shortage reports that came out in the last year!
