Does that imply the reserve schedules include a good number of days off? Hard days off, not reserve but you don't fly...

Anticipated attrition. We've been overstaffed for a while now. Hopefully we get new flying but very doubtful. We can barely handle current ops unless it's like 3 more planes or something very small..

When I was at fsi the other week, there was a lot of tsa interview in the guest sign in book.

Why is it, that of all the regional threads, this one seems to be filled with the most cloak-and-dagger information and rumors? Maybe it is just me...

PSA "went behind Envoy's back" and signed a "concessionary" contract. They are getting all their CRJs, or merging pilot groups, or are merging with PDT. Or PDT is getting Envoy's 175s...or their -145s...or got duped into signed a new contract where they may or may not get any new jets. This is going to happen before or after all the Captains from Envoy flow or Envoy is shut down or something.
Mesa "is" getting all of Envoy's -900s. Or they are getting more -175s from somewhere to fly for someone or something. All they know is their CEO is definitely waiting to make an announcement on something and it's going to be big. Some guy who is besties with him posts here that he said so. They "aren't" doing phone interviews and definitely "aren't" recruiting from the Skywest parking lot. A new Mesa contract is "just" around the corner and upgrades are at less than a year...or 4 years. No concensus on that yet so we are all waiting on the edge of our seats.
RAH is shutting down CHQ and getting rid of all their -145s...or not. I guess they are keeping some of them and getting rid of all of their Qs because they are turning away dirtbag pilots in droves who want to work for their glorious contract. United is "not" upset at their ability to staff the -175 and has been "threatening" to take away all their flying. Or they don't care. I don't know. Seems to me like Shuttle is still plugging away and getting more destinations.
Skywest management is trying to literally murder everyone at XJT. They are posting profits only because they are moving all of the red ink to the XJT side to impress their shareholders. Also, they are getting rid of the Brasilias...or keeping them...or both. Skywest just placed a former United boss as the COO for XJT meaning a) nothing b) they are trying to make it more profitable for Skywest or, c) they are planning on doing some kind of merger with a pilot group and stealing all of the labor from the other side..or something. i don't know, that one is the most confusing. Either way, they are "definitely" shutting that place down soon since there is no way they make any money.
Compass just recently got Envoy's -175 contract because they are undercutting aholes even though they have the youngest and arguably cheapest labor costs regardless of pay scales. They may or may not be having trouble filling classes and may or may not be merging with another TSH company. Most likely not because GoJet is GoJet and TSA is well, TSA. TSA is "overstaffed" and "for sure getting" flying for the last year and GoJet has been eerily quiet. For real, what is going on at GoJet? Last I heard Delta was "for sure" ticked and taking all their flying away. Or something.
Great Lakes is still flying...or all the airplanes are parked...or both? They are doing 135 ops or not doing them. The terminal is empty? Silver and CommutAir are hiring and not filling classes? It's oddly quiet there too.
Did I miss any of them? Sounds to me like the rumormill is in full swing just about everywhere. I don't think TSA is the only one.

Anyone at TSA bored enough care to expand on some of the rumors? I am sure I will be able to decipher the possible ones from the far fetched ones. I realize they are rumors, just curious what some of them are...
