I will indeed be retiring soon. Asking me to go early is the very selfishness you accuse me of. Do you know me or my situation? Obviously I never intended to retire from a regional airline. Beyond that, I assure you, I paid my dues to be here, and then some.

I don't care about you or your situation. Nor do I care about whatever dues you did and i didn't pay. I REALLY can't express that in any other more honest language how little I care about your particular situation.

I care about me and making things better and easier for anyone that comes after me.

You are the one that keeps professing you know about my situation kiddo, and asking me to retire. Like you, I care about my own situation yes. Also like you, I care about those around me. Back to the point, I hate to see them make a bad decision and go to TSA. In my opinion, backed by 20++ years of experience in this industry, it is a bad move. You are trying to bait people into a bad situation with the promise of an immediate CA slot, but the truth is, unless you can find a gimmick to hire the people needed to be below those individuals, as FOs, it will fail.

There isn't enough of the "off the street CFI" to go around and the 121 lateral moves are, for the most part, too savvy to come to this crap show to be fooled into being FOs.

Default TSA contract/pay

Hey Guys,

Hate to interrupt.

Could a TSA guy PM me a copy of your contract or provide a link? Thanks!

Also, the APC rundown on TSA shows capt pay as 59 first year, 61 second year. Is that up to date? It seems like its OBE.

Also, FlyingKat, please check your PMs!

There is another category of pilot interested in this CQFO deal: turboprop captains who live near a TSA base but are now commuting to fly even older aircraft for companies with crappier (or nonexistent) work rules.

Lastly, what are schedules out of IAD? All 4-day trips? Mix of 3 and 4? Something else?

Just looking back on a few of your posts, you are hating a bit on PSA, TSA, Mesa etc.. Serious question. Where do you recommend newbs apply too?

Compass is a better airline all around. TSA has always been where you go if you have a felony, DUI, or busted out somewhere else.

Maybe you should retire. Haha. You clearly have no idea the current state of the industry. Compass DO is a guy who was "fired" from TSA and the RAH contract is nowhere near the TSA one.

As someone that just left RAH, that is the worst piece of advice I've heard in a while. The majority of the attrition at RAH is comprised of FOs for a reason.

Over half of the TSA seniority list (200+) has been hired within the past three years so not sure how you can generalize that many pilots that way.
