That wasn't the case at all. The previous agreement was a 4 hour pay min day (no cut outs) and a lower schedule credit min day (for building schedules in PBS). The snap up to 4 was for scheduled min day.

The current agreement is a 4.25 pay min day (highest in the regional industry) and a scheduled min day that I believe is the same as ASA with several ways for snap ups to 4, getting a 70 seat ac being one of them.

That's not what "no cut outs" means. So, no cut outs. Straight 4.25 per day.

Stupid question, is general company iPad safari browsing on layovers frowned upon (per the FSDOs interpretation). Technically it isn't a downloaded app. Anyone get grief for this?

That would be for your bend over and take it friends at Blowjet who voted in a meaningless min day due to the carve outs. We get a 4.25 hour min day period. Every day you work, you get paid the min day with no conditional language.
