I am a solid no vote until they get some sort of pay thing worked out. Month after month of this $hit is ridiculous. Getting shorted over 10 hours. Last captain I flew with totaled his just to check and saw he was almost 10 hours shorted from October. Wasn't PBS and IOCC supposed to fix this? Until I see some sort of strong push and actual results for a fixed pay system, I'm not doing this company any favors. I know rainamker is on the way but the company has said they "hope" to have it within the next 6 months.
IOCC was supposed to fix pay but was woefully inadequate. There are too many yes men working in the admin side of things that refused to tell the bosses this would be a problem even after Gojet was using it. Then, there are high level idiots whose idea it was in the first place who refuse to admit IOCC is a complete bust.

I've heard a lot of our new hires at PDT are coming from TSA. Are things not going well there? Last I heard, TSA had a decent contract and quick upgrades. Doesn't make sense imho, unless the flow is whats attracting most guys.

They give them $60,000 first year including a $20,000 check first day of class. Shorter upgrades too. That's almost as much what a 2nd year CA makes here if they just make guarantee. Also read the last few pages about what's wrong here. Hope that clears it up.

I don't even think that's true. The money they have had to spend updating infrastructure (I.e. computers and network) to be able to even run IOCC has cost them a pretty penny. I wouldn't be surprised if they are making less now than they were with Sabre. Add to that the fact that they are going to be paying another company to develop software to do a job IOCC was supposed to do...

I will say that IOCC is an unmitigated disaster. We should have just stuck with Sabre and upgraded the capabilities. We're 3-4 months into the transition and we're seeing new errors all the time. Even if rainmaker makes the system more transparent and automated, it still crashes or denies access to crew members all the time.
