We are a small airline, so if we can keep hiring 20 a month, that's pretty good. Even if 20 per month just keeps up with attrition, (as long as that attrition is coming from Captains and senior FO's) that keeps our upgrade time around 15-18 months. That's not bad, especially for pilots with 0 121, because it will take about 15-18 months to get that 1000 121. If we can hire more than attrition, that's icing on the cake because that will keep us growing, thus driving upgrade time even lower.
