It's a tough call for me.
You are JetBlew's wet dream...they have you believing you are making "great money". You probably thought those Band of Blue guys had your best interest in mind. Did you start at Mesa or Gulfstream? Do you look forward to selling back your PTO each year?

Sorry for being so blunt.

I'm curious, what is the 12 year pay rate for the airbus at JB, and how much do they contribute (or match) to your 401K?

Looks like $219/hr. 401k contribution is 8%, you have to match 5%.

I'm at Blue as well and looking to get out, if I only knew how to get a call from UA!?

It's sad how many folks at JB don't know how far away we are in terms of pay, work rules and QOL from UA and other carriers. They think selling back PTO is awesome!

So a 12 year FO at UA makes more than a Captain at JB, and also gets twice the kicker into his retirement plan? Is that about right?

Just trying to look at this from an apples to kumquats perspective.

If you're on reserve, is open time paid on top of guarantee?
