Just bumping this up to see if anyone on here has gone through this UAL, CFI CPP program at ATCA (Lufthansa Aviation Training) that would like to share their experience.

Thanks!

But once they’ve completed all phases of training is when it could be labeled “working”.

Just like all the applicants with 1000’s of hours of accident/incident PIC/clean records, job fair attendance, volunteer work, and professionally reviewed apps that are still waiting on a Hogan.

Default 200 hours IMC simulated or actual? WTF over.

Are you telling me I have to have 200 hours IMC (simulated or actual) to get a decent airline job? Ugh. These rules obviously weren't written by real pilots. Guess I'll just have to pick up more instrument students and pay my dues. But whatever. This industry is terrible.

"CFI to decent airline job....this industry is terrible." Think about that one for a minute.

I can’t believe, with this hiring environment, that we are doing this. There are tons of people who want this job.
